Nate Miller (31-9, 27) was born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, U.S. on August 3, 1963. At the age of 23 years on September 30, 1986, he made his professional boxing debut against Tony Jackson, winning the fight via 1st-round TKO.
On his 27th career fight at 30 years old, Nate Miller got a shot at the IBF cruiserweight titles against Al Cole on July 23, 1994 but lost the fight via 12-round unanimous decision.
He became a cruiserweight world champion (WBA) on July 22, 1995 at the age of 31 years old, on his 30th career fight, after defeating Orlin Norris via 8th-round KO.
Miller's last fight was a 10-round points decision loss to Vincenzo Rossitto at age 37 on June 23, 2001. He retired on a 2-fight losing streak.
