      Sergey Kovalev (Krusher) is a 41-year old Russian professional boxer. He was born in Kopeysk, Russian SFSR, Soviet Union on April 2, 1983. He is a former light-heavyweight world champion.

      Kovalev made his professional boxing debut against Daniel Chavez at the age of 26 on July 25, 2009, defeating Chavez via 1st round TKO. He went on to win 15 more consecutive fights after the debut, which included 13 wins via stoppage.
