Rob Brant (26-3, 18) was born in Saint Paul, Minnesota, U.S. on October 2, 1990. At the age of 21 years on June 16, 2012, he made his professional boxing debut against Cheyenne Ziegler, winning the fight via 2nd-round KO.
On his 25th career fight at 28 years old, Brant became a middleweight world champion on October 20, 2018 after defeating Ryōta Murata via 12-round unanimous decision to win the WBA (Regular) title.
Brant's last fight was a 8th-round retirement loss to Janibek Alimkhanuly at age 30 on June 26, 2021. He retired from the sport of boxing following this loss.
