On May 31, 2013 Masakatsu Ueda fought Kevin Belingon in a bantamweight title fight for Belingon's ONE FC Grand Prix title. Ueda was 35 years old and with a record of 18-2-2 (6), and Belingon was 25 years old and with a record of 11-2 (7). Ueda won the fight via 3-round unanimous decision and is crowned the new ONE bantamweight champion.
