   On May 7, 2005 Eric Pele fought Bobby Hoffman for the vacant KOTC Super heavyweight title. It was their second meeting. Pele was 35 years old with a record of 7-2, and Hoffman was 38 with a record of 34-8-1. Pele was on a 2-fight winning streak, while Hoffman was coming off a loss. Pele stopped Bobby Hoffman via TKO in the 2nd round. Won the vacant title.

2. 2. Eric Pele submits Travis Fulton

   On January 24, 2004 Eric Pele defended his KOTC Super heavyweight title against Travis Fulton. Pele was 34 years old with a record of 6-2, and Fulton was 26 with a record of 141-41-10. Pele was coming off a win and Fulton was on a 5-fight winning streak. Pele submitted Travis Fulton via verbal in the 1st round. Defended the title.
