      Luis Alberto Pérez (El Demoledor) is a 46-year old retired Nicaraguan professional boxer. He was born in Managua, Nicaragua on April 6, 1978. He is a former two-weight-class world champion. His professional boxing career spanned more than 17 years — from 1996 to 2014.
