On June 24, 2000 Zab Judah met Junior Witter in a super-lightweight (IBF) world-title defense fight. Judah was 22 years old and with a record of 23-0 (17), and Witter was 26 years old and with a record of 15-0-2 (4). Judah won the fight via 12-round unanimous decision and successfully defended his title.
On June 7, 1998 Zab Judah faced off against Micky Ward in a super-lightweight bout at age 20. He was coming in with a record of 16-0 (11), and Ward was 32 years old and with a record of 31-8 (22). Judah won the fight via 12-round unanimous decision.
On July 12, 2003 Zab Judah fought DeMarcus Corley in a super-lightweight world-title fight for Corley's WBO title. Judah was 25 years old and with a record of 29-1 (21), and Corley was 29 years old and with a record of 28-1-1 (16). Judah won the fight via 12-round split decision and is crowned the new super-lightweight world champion.
On November 6, 2010 Zab Judah faced off against Lucas Matthysse in a super-lightweight bout at age 33. He was coming in with a record of 40-6 (27), and Matthysse was 28 years old and with a record of 27-0 (25). Judah won the fight via 12-round split decision.
On February 5, 2005 Zab Judah fought Cory Spinks in a welterweight world-title fight for Spinks' WBA (Undisputed), WBC, IBF and The Ring titles. Judah was 27 years old and with a record of 33-2 (24), and Spinks was 26 years old and with a record of 34-2 (11). Judah stopped Cory Spinks via 9th-round TKO and is crowned the new welterweight world champion.
