On September 24, 1994 Lennox Lewis met Oliver McCall in a heavyweight (WBC) world-title defense fight. Lewis was 29 years old and with a record of 25-1 (21), and McCall was 29 years old and with a record of 24-5 (17). Lewis lost the fight via 2nd-round TKO and lost the title.
