Lamont Roach Jr. (25-1-2, 10) was born in Washington, D.C., United States on August 18, 1995. At the age of 18 years on April 19, 2014, he made his professional boxing debut against Victor Galindo, winning the fight via 4-round unanimous decision.
On his 21st career fight at 24 years old, Lamont Roach Jr. got a shot at the WBO super-featherweight titles against Jamel Herring on November 9, 2019 but lost the fight via 12-round unanimous decision.
