Lee was 30 years old and with a record of 34-2 (24), and Korobov was 31 years old and with a record of 24-0 (14). Lee stopped Matt Korobov via 6th-round TKO and is crowned the new middleweight world champion.
On March 16, 2007 Andy Lee faced off against Carl Daniels at age 22. He was coming in with a record of 8-0 (5), and Daniels was 36 years old and with a record of 49-10-1 (31). Lee stopped Carl Daniels via KO.
