  1. 2. Kostya Tszyu loses to Ricky Hatton via KO

    On June 4, 2005 Kostya Tszyu defended his IBF and The Ring super lightweight titles against Ricky Hatton. Tszyu was 35 years old with a record of 31-1, and Hatton was 26 with a record of 38-0. Tszyu was on a 13-fight winning streak and Hatton was on an undefeated 38-fight winning streak. Hatton stopped Tszyu via retirement in the 11th round. Lost the titles. Lasted into the 11th round.

  2. 1. Kostya Tszyu loses to Vince Phillips via KO

    On May 31, 1997 Kostya Tszyu defended his IBF super lightweight title against Vince Phillips. Tszyu was 27 years old with a record of 18-0, and Phillips was 33 with a record of 35-3. Phillips was coming off a loss. Phillips stopped Tszyu via TKO in the 10th round. Lost the title. Lasted into the 10th round.
