      Alex Stewart (The Destroyer) was an American professional boxer. He was born in London, England, UK on June 28, 1964. Stewart died on November 16, 2016 at the age of 52 years. His professional boxing career spanned more than 12 years — from 1986 to 1999.

      Stewart made his professional boxing debut against James Walker at the age of 22 on September 6, 1986, defeating Walker via 3rd round TKO. He went on to win 23 more consecutive fights after the debut, which included 23 wins via stoppage.

      Stewart had a total of 10 losses in his professional boxing career.

      His last professional fight was a non-title bout against Cuban boxer Jorge Luis González at 34 years of age, on June 6, 1999. Stewart lost the fight via 2nd round TKO.
