      Thomas Tate (ICE-T) is a 58-year old retired American professional boxer. He was born in Detroit, Michigan, USA on December 19, 1965. He retired without winning a major world title. His professional boxing career spanned more than 13 years — from 1989 to 2002.

      Tate made his professional boxing debut against Maurice Daugherty at the age of 23 on February 12, 1989, defeating Daugherty via 3rd round TKO. He went on to win 21 more consecutive fights after the debut, which included 17 wins via stoppage.
