      Horacio Accavallo (Roquiño) was an Argentinian professional boxer. He was born in Buenos Aires, Argentina on October 14, 1934. He was a flyweight world champion. Accavallo died on September 13, 2022 at the age of 87 years. His professional boxing career spanned more than 10 years — from 1956 to 1967.

      Accavallo made his professional boxing debut against Emilio Avila at the age of 21 on September 21, 1956, defeating Avila via 5th round TKO. He went on to win 4 more consecutive fights after the debut, which included 4 wins via stoppage.

      He had his first world title fight at the age of 31 on March 1, 1966 after 73 professional fights, against Katsuyoshi Takayama for the flyweight WBA (vacant) and WBC titles. He defeated Takayama via 15 round split decision to become the flyweight champion of the world.
