Wright was 32 years old and with a record of 47-3 (25), and Mosley was 32 years old and with a record of 39-2 (35). Wright won the fight via 12-round unanimous decision and and is crowned the unified IBF, WBA (Super), WBC and The Ring champion.
On September 9, 2000 Winky Wright faced off against Bronco McKart in a super-welterweight bout at age 28. He was coming in with a record of 40-3 (24), and McKart was 29 years old and with a record of 42-2 (29). Wright won the fight via 12-round unanimous decision.
