On May 12, 2024 Pedro Guevara fought Andrew Moloney in a super-flyweight world-title fight for Moloney's WBC title. Guevara was 34 years old and with a record of 42-4-1 (22), and Moloney was 33 years old and with a record of 25-3 (15). Guevara won the fight via 12-round split decision and is crowned the new super-flyweight world champion.
On December 30, 2014 Pedro Guevara fought Akira Yaegashi in a light-flyweight world-title fight for the WBC title. Guevara was 25 years old and with a record of 24-1-1 (16), and Yaegashi was 31 years old and with a record of 20-4 (10). Guevara stopped Akira Yaegashi via 7th-round KO and is crowned the new light-flyweight world champion.
On July 20, 2019 Pedro Guevara faced off against Janiel Rivera in a super-flyweight bout at age 30. He was coming in with a record of 35-3-1 (20), and Rivera was 27 years old and with a record of 18-4-3 (11). Guevara won the fight via 12-round unanimous decision.
