On November 26, 2022 John Ryder fought Zach Parker in a super-middleweight world-title fight for the WBO title. Ryder was 34 years old and with a record of 32-5 (18), and Parker was 28 years old and with a record of 22-0 (16). Ryder stopped Zach Parker via 5th-round TKO and is crowned the new super-middleweight world champion.
