1. 1. John John Molina defeats Gregorio Vargas

   On April 22, 1994 John John Molina met Gregorio Vargas in a super-featherweight (IBF) world-title defense fight. Molina was 29 years old and with a record of 35-3 (25), and Vargas was 23 years old and with a record of 29-4-1 (20). Molina won the fight via 12-round unanimous decision and successfully defended his title.

2. 2. John John Molina defeats Manuel Medina

   On June 26, 1993 John John Molina met Manuel Medina in a super-featherweight (IBF) world-title defense fight. Molina was 28 years old and with a record of 32-3 (23), and Medina was 22 years old and with a record of 47-4 (23). Molina won the fight via 12-round unanimous decision and successfully defended his title.

   On April 29, 1989 John John Molina fought Juan Laporte in a super-featherweight world-title fight for the WBO title.
