Fortuna won the fight via 12-round unanimous decision and is crowned the new featherweight world champion.
On May 29, 2015 Javier Fortuna fought Bryan Vázquez in a super-featherweight world-title fight for Vázquez' WBA (Regular) title. Fortuna won the fight via 12-round unanimous decision and is crowned the new super-featherweight world champion.
