Kozin won the fight via 10-round unanimous decision and is crowned the new middleweight world champion.
On November 18, 2023 Ema Kozin fought Hannah Rankin in a super-welterweight world-title fight for the WBC title. Kozin was 24 years old and with a record of 22-1-1 (11), and Rankin was 33 years old and with a record of 12-6 (3). Kozin won the fight via 10-round split decision and is crowned the new super-welterweight world champion.
