Takuma Inoue was born in Zama, Kanagawa, Japan on December 26, 1995. He made his professional debut at the age of 17 years on December 6, 2013 against Tatsuya Fukuhara. Inoue defeated Fukuhara via 6-round unanimous decision, making a successful beginning of his pro career.
