He died on May 22, 1990 at the age of 71 years. Graziano was inducted into the International Boxing Hall of Fame (IBHOF) in 1991. His professional boxing career spanned more than 10 years — from 1942 to 1952.
Graziano made his professional boxing debut against Curtis Hightower at the age of 23 on March 31, 1942, defeating Hightower via 2nd round TKO. He went on to win 2 more consecutive fights after the debut, which included 2 wins via stoppage.
