      O'Neil Bell (Supernova) was a Jamaican professional boxer. He was born in Jamaica on December 29, 1974. He was a cruiserweight world champion. Bell died on November 25, 2015 at the age of 40 years. His professional boxing career spanned more than 13 years — from 1998 to 2011.

      Bell made his professional boxing debut against William Holyfield at the age of 23 on February 19, 1998, defeating Holyfield via 1st round TKO.

      He had his first world title fight at the age of 30 on May 20, 2005 after 25 professional fights, against Dale Brown for the cruiserweight IBF (vacant) title. He defeated Brown via 12 round unanimous decision to become the cruiserweight champion of the world.
