      Mark Johnson (Too Sharp) is a 52-year old retired American professional boxer. He was born in Washington, D.C., U.S. on August 13, 1971. He is a former two-weight-class world champion. Johnson was inducted into the International Boxing Hall of Fame (IBHOF) in 2012. His professional boxing career spanned more than 16 years — from 1990 to 2006.

      Johnson made his professional boxing debut against Ray González at the age of 18 on February 24, 1990, defeating González via 3rd round KO.

      He had his first world title fight at the age of 24 on May 4, 1996 after 29 professional fights, against Francisco Tejedor for the flyweight IBF (vacant) title. He defeated Tejedor via 1st round KO to become the flyweight champion of the world.
