      Billy Dib (Billy the Kid) is a 38-year old Australian professional boxer. He was born in Kogarah, Sydney, Australia on August 17, 1985. He is a former featherweight world champion.

      Dib made his professional boxing debut against Chad Roy Naidu at the age of 18 on August 15, 2004, defeating Naidu via 4th round TKO. He went on to win 20 more consecutive fights after the debut, which included 10 wins via stoppage.

      He had his first world title fight at the age of 23 on October 18, 2008 after 21 professional fights, against Steven Luevano for the WBO title. He lost to Luevano via 12 round unanimous decision.
